Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to reserve your time slot. Due to the limited availability and exclusive rental of the Christmas set, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled session to allow enough time for parking and entering the cottage. Please be inside and completely ready at least 10–15 minutes before your session begins. Sessions are booked back-to-back. Late arrivals will not receive additional time, and your session will end at the originally scheduled time. Thank you for helping us keep each family's session running smoothly. ❤️ Studio Entry Instructions Location: The studio is on the 3rd floor, Room 303 (directly in front of the elevator). Access: Please ring the doorbell camera to be let in. 🚪 Building Access Entry Code: #9674 — press the buttons firmly; you’ll hear a buzz when the door unlocks. Stairs: Located to the right of the elevator, if you prefer not to use it. Restrooms: Public restrooms are on the 3rd floor, to the right after exiting the elevator (look for the big blue doors). 🚗 Parking Information (Please read carefully to avoid towing) Paid Parking: $12 parking is available in the adjacent building and across the street. Be sure to print your parking ticket and display it on your dashboard to avoid towing. Free Parking: Free street parking is also available nearby. Paid Parking: $5 parking is available in front of the building. Be sure to print your parking ticket and display it on your dashboard to avoid towing.
